The Loaloa Residential Compound is located in Khobar KSA, The Compound that is composed of mid-rise apartment units designed to integrate landscape elements with central courtyards creating a harmonic balance with each other. The contemporary design of the apartment units that constitute 5 floors offers a number of facilities and services creating better living standards. Outdoor facilities include swimming pools, play areas, indoor gym facility and multipurpose halls, Minimalism was the theme of the design. Simple white facades accented with louvered openings were the highlight of the design, accompanied with linear shading elements and louvered overhangs, giving a simplified modern facade that provides luxury, comfort and modesty for the users and owners, while also improves the street elevations and walking experience.
