ALSHAIR LUXURIES COMPLEX

Al shair luxuries hotel complex is located in one of the most unique neighborhoods in the city, its architectural prowess and Monochromatic design is likely to turn the building into an iconic landmark for tourists visiting to the city. The hotel's design co-exists to compliment the vision of Saudi's modern day travelers and clearly communicates. The Design of the hotel complex revolves around two main point a Podium Base is designed to acts as a unifying element connecting the three Buildings together an Industrial Contemporary theme was used in the Complex Design with The Materials Used reflecting the functional usage of each building. An integration between the materials was created in the design of the Facade. The Materials which Include Glass, Brick and concrete was used in coherent with each Building's functional use.

A Glass Facade used in the office Building creates (greater visual transparency) transparent views of the cityscape. A Brick and concrete facade in the hotel building with less glass surface area allows for privacy in the hotel rooms and core facilities with visual transparency in the halls and. a less transparent facade with more limitations in openings and views in the residential building. -an open segment creates a Visual Continuity beyond the Complex structure in the office and residential buildings as well as allowing air passage hence creating a natural ventilation.
