Among 144 participants took part in The Downtown Development competition, Omran Architects won the first prize transforming Alexandria to a COSMOPOLITAN CULTURAL CITY. The New Downtown Development is the starting point for the regeneration of the city itself and relocating Alexandria in its international context. The development follows the 2030 Future Vision which focuses on "The Life Quality" and "Sustainability" concepts.
